I've been migrated - how do I update my email on my iPhone or iPad?

If you don't already have an email account setup, please follow the instructions here on how to create a new email account.  If you already have an email account, but have not set it up on your iPhone or iPad before, then please follow these instructions.

Only follow these below instructions if you have previously had your email address configured and working on your iPhone or iPad.

These instructions are written against iOS 12.4  Other versions may be slightly different.

  1. Open Settings
  2. Scroll down and tap on Passwords and Accounts

     
  3. Tap on the e-mail account you wish to update

     
  4. Tap on Account

     
  5. Select the contents of Hostname under Incoming Mail Server, and replace it with grp5.myukcloud.com
  6. Tap Advanced
  7. Ensure that Use SSL is enabled (toggle is green)
  8. Tap < Account in the top left to go back
  9. Tap on SMTP (under Outgoing Mail Server)
  10. Tap on the server listed under Primary Server

     
  11. Change the Hostname to grp5.myukcloud.com

     
  12. Ensure that Use SSL is enabled (toggle is green)
  13. Tap Done
  14. Tap < Account in the top left
  15. Tap Done

Your email account should now be updated.
